Hey keycdn,

I received good results with this tiny plugin. Keep up the good work!

Just one problem: Every umlaut is broken when cached contents are shown.

Example: fÃ¼r for german word “für”

Tried to add AddCharset UTF-8 to .htaccess -> did not solve the problem.

Do you have any idea? I am thankful for every hint!

Hey Marco,

are you using the advanced .htaccess config snippet? If yes, does this also happen without the snippet?

I have tried this great plugin too. On my site there are NO problems with german umlauts (with or without snippet). I have added <meta charset="UTF-8"> in the Header.

We did a few more test, but we are not able to replicate any umlaut issues. Please check your config and also look at the comment of robertx.
