Problem with Unsynced patterns

Hi, I’ve got a problem with creating unsynced patterns in Gutenberg blocks when RankMath free is enabled.

Expected behaviour: When you ‘Create pattern/reusable block’, the dialogue box asks you to give the pattern a name and choose whether it’s Synced or not. The pattern should then be saved as a synced or unsynced pattern.

Actual behaviour: When you ‘Create pattern/reusable block’ and choose for it to be unsynced, a notification says that an unsynced pattern has been created, but actually the pattern created is synced.

If the RankMath plugin is disabled, the expected behaviour works as normal.

Please can you have a look into this.
