Problem with update notification

    hi, When I go to my woocommerce dashboard I have a request to migrate the database, when I click on it I am told that the link is expired, when I look in the planned actions, I don’t see any pending actions, when I go to “action” to update the database, nothing happens, I always have this message displayed …

    Is there a way to delete this message ?? I tried to revert to a previous version, waiting for an update, deactivate and re-activate, nothing helps.

    Hi @pixelonline59! Sorry you’re having trouble with a database update. Can you post a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

    I think that the migration of the base had to be done …
    That this is an old message.
    Is it possible that I directly modify a field in the database to make this message disappear ???

    is there a direct way via an update in the database to indicate that the migration is ok or to reload the link of the update ??

    Hi @pixelonline59! Thanks for that additional info. It does appear from your SSR that the migration was already successful. There is undoubtedly a way to get that alert to go away. I will look into where that is stored in the DB and get back to you. It is likely something in the options table that just needs to be toggled off.

    Hi @pixelonline59

    Generally when you click the “Upgrade WooCommerce Database” button, the status for the notice in the database is changed to actioned. If this status is stuck as unactioned in the database, it will cause the notice to continuing displaying, but not allowing you to perform the update again in an attempt to dismiss the notice.

    Something I would recommend is to check your database for the wc-update-db-reminder notice, and if it’s set to unactioned, change the status to actioned.

    Here’s how:

    Access the wc_admin_notes table
    Locate the wc-update-db-reminder entry
    Change the status of that notice from unactioned to actioned
    Save
