    Hello!

I have a problem with edit all page where install SiteOrigin widget in WPbakery visual compouser.

I add widget slider, edit some text on page and update. Then if i need change text i edit page and then slider crash.

Then I need to tweak it again in a new way.

So that it does not break, then every time I edit the page I have to go into it and click save and edit text on other place on page and save.

    Hi vladbielov,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with using SiteOrgin Widgets Bundle. Can you please list all of the elements you’re using on the affected page? This will allow us to run some tests against them to see if the SiteOrgin Widget element is breaking as a result of the other element being present on the page.

Use only contact form 7, text and photo.

Code widget replace on 1 string siteorigin = null.

    aquavika.com.ua use slider.

    Hi vladbielov,

Thanks. Can you please clarify what element you’re using to add Contact Form 7?

We’ve found that the Text element can cause the SiteOrigin Widget to break. The development team is currently looking into this issue – really sorry about this! As a temporary workaround, you could use the SiteOrigin Widgets Editor option to add your text.

    [like_sc_contact_form_7 form_id=”3139″ title=”” form_style=”shadow-dark” form_padding=”default” form_bg=”white” wide=”default” shadow=”default” transform=”default” id=”” class=”” css=””]

This code use to add CT7. I don`t know, because it was already in the theme.

    Hi vladbielov,

So, to confirm, you’re not using the text element on the affected page?

Can you please show me a screenshot of your pages WPBakery structure? Replicating the structure should hopefully allow us to cause this issue and in turn, identify this issue.

    Hi vladbielov,

Thanks. I’m going to forward your screenshot to the development team for testing.
We’ve identified that this issue can be avoided by using the Frontend editor. To avoid this issue until a proper fix is released, please use the frontend editor instead of the backend editor. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    Hi Alexgso,

    I am use backend.

Before you refresh the page you need to go every time in widget and then it will not break, but it is a crutch.

    Wait for fix.

    Thx!
