    Hi ggbusta,

    It would be best to contact MailChimp support itself about this. We’re just the guys that created a WordPress plugin to integrate with MailChimp, not MailChimp itself.

    Sorry. Understand. I tried to get their help without success. They are unresponsive. Thanks anyway.

    Great plugin by the way. The best for mail campaigns.
