    Hi,

When i uploaded some images, i always had “http error” like here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/http-error-when-uploading-3

So, i go to setting > media to see that the pugin is always in “retreving account information”. Desactivate/reactivate didn’t do anything, i finally press the button “apply the modification” (without change anything), and now i can put the api key.

But the problem persist: old api key give me the error: “Something went wrong, try again soon”. Tried a new api key (with the same account”, but same result. (Didn’t try with a new account)

    Thank you.

    Hi Pandoon,

Just to make sure first, are you still getting these problems with the latest version of our plugin, 2.0.2?

    Hi,

Yes, the 2.0.2 doesn’t resolve my problem.

Then it seems to me that your server simply has trouble reaching our server.

Could you give us some more information on your setup perhaps? Information such as where you’re hosting, which version of PHP. Feel free to send us an email at [email protected] so that we can try to find out what’s causing these errors.

If you have SSH access to your server, could you try a simple CURL request to our server using the basic example on https://tinypng.com/developers/reference with your API key to see if that is working.
