Problem with Uploading the File

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a novice with pluggins, and I have only recently registered with WordPress.

    I would like to create a landing page, however, after downloading the pluggin to my computer, I do not understand how I am expected to upload it onto the pluggin directory. Do I need to install another pluggin first? If so, please assist me with the steps.
