Problem with US Shipping Zone

    I have 2 zones

    USA
    Rest Of The World

    I set up FREE Shipping and USPS in USA Zone and selected United States US. Free shipping requires a valid coupon.
    I set up USPS only in rest of the world

    When I enter a U.S. Address, I get There are no shipping methods available (without a coupon it should fallback to USPS but does not. If I remove the coupon restriction then free shipping will show).

    If I remove the US zone and just keep ONE zone with USPS and Free shipping (requiring a coupon) it all works.

    Any ideas what is going on?

    Never mind. I just figured out you have to set up USPS separately for each zone.
