Problem with user registration

Your plugin causes a problem with new user registration. When cache is enabled, users cannot register anymore. They get the message that registration is not possible. After deactivating and reactivating, registration works for a few days and then it is broken again. Simply deleting cache does not help, only deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but this is not a workable solution of course. Any ideas what may be wrong?
