• Good morning:
First of all, excuse me for my English, I am Spanish and I don’t know much.

I tell you: I have a store that sells old newspapers, for each one I have created three variations, day, month and year, so that the client can search for a newspaper from the day they were born, the day they got married or any other significant date.

When I filter, the system shows me all the products even if they do not have that date – set of variations – available.

The plugin is configured as “AND” in the general configuration (although I have also tried with “OR”, with the same result) and the filters are configured with “AND”.

    What am I doing wrong?

Greetings and thank you very much

The logic should be “AND” if you want all selected filter options to meet.

They are already with “and”, that’s why I ask you the question…

Can you give an example how the product filter is not working as expected?

If you select “March” and “3”, it seems to return the correct result: https://share.zight.com/P8uOwjlm

    Good morning:

Therein lies the problem. If you click on either of the two products you will see that I don’t have those variations, the only days I have available to try are 1 and 1 0 and yet, it doesn’t matter what you put in, I always get them all.

    Greetings and thanks.

Without access to check the product setup (product attributes, product filter setup, etc.), it is hard to debug this.
