Problem with using “and” filters

Good morning:
First of all, excuse me for my English, I am Spanish and I don’t know much.I tell you: I have a store that sells old newspapers, for each one I have created three variations, day, month and year, so that the client can search for a newspaper from the day they were born, the day they got married or any other significant date.
When I filter, the system shows me all the products even if they do not have that date – set of variations – available.
The plugin is configured as “AND” in the general configuration (although I have also tried with “OR”, with the same result) and the filters are configured with “AND”.
What am I doing wrong?

Therein lies the problem. If you click on either of the two products you will see that I don’t have those variations, the only days I have available to try are 1 and 1 0 and yet, it doesn’t matter what you put in, I always get them all.
