Problem with VAT

    Hello,

    Thanks for you plugin.
    I have a problem with a product bundle and VAT.
    I gave a product bundle with a amount discount (€).

    When I add the product bundle, the VAT amount is not good. The calculate seems note take care the amount discount…

    When I make manually an order on back office, the VAT calculate is correct.

    Could you please help me for this bug ?

    Hi @mxmlprs ,

    Please make sure that you have properly set up a tax class and tax rate for the main bundle on your site.

    You can refer to our doc here for more instructions: https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/tax-rate/

    You can also check it further by deactivating all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and ours to check on your site in an Incognito or Private tab.

    In case you have subproducts with different tax rates, please use the auto-price and percentage discount instead of the amount discount as it’s difficult to calculate total price in this case.

    Thanks for your answer.
    The tax class and tax rate are properly set up.

    The problem was solved when I configure the discount with % (not with amount €). The VAT is good.
    It’s not easy to make the good price, But that’s work…

    Hi @mxmlprs ,

    Yes, because the discount cannot be taxed for some countries so it’s kind of difficult to decide the tax rate of the main bundle when using the amount discount.
