Hello,

I am using the video player template, and it works fine in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (desktop) and Microsoft Edge. However, it does not work for IE11 or i-devices. If you paste the link from the <video> tag src field, IE can find the file and open it. It just doesn’t work embedded in the page. The error given is “Unsupported video type or invalid file path.”
Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi, I made that page public. Wanted to also add that videos play fine if the video tag source is unencrypted by WPDM.

We release new update as soon as we fix any bug or add any new feature.
