    Hi there!

A customer has taken out a subscription with an order value of €33. Shipping was free for him. But it shouldn’t be, as shipping is only free for orders over €40. This has happened before and I don’t know how. When I add the same product to the shopping cart, the shipping is calculated correctly.
Any idea how this can be?

    Best regards

now i know more: the first order was 33€ subscription product and another product that cost 10€ (no subscription product) -> so the order value was over 40€ -> free shipping. With the next automatic subscription delivery, the value was then only €33. However, shipping remains free. How can I counteract this?

    Hi,

The ‘Subtotal’ condition uses the provided amount for the cart; if you’d like this to be a specific amount such as the subscription amount a customization would be required. Feel free to reach out through my site if you need help with that.

    Cheers,
    Jeroen
