Problem with signing onto WordPress.COM

I have a problem. whenever i try to log on to wordpress.com i says this account has been closed and i can’t do anything about it i can get support because i can’t log on. My login works perfectly fine at ww.wp.xz.cn and my page i running byt when i want to use a plugin is becomes a problem.. then i can’t set it up because i can’t log on.
What can i do and what is the problem?
