Problem with wordpress – woocommerce

    Hello, Good day, I currently have this problem with WordPress, it won’t let me enter the page section or the products section, this happened after duplicating a product.

    generates the error, it does not let me enter the products section in the wordpress dashboard, when I enter it tells me that there was a critical error on the website. The pages section lets me enter but at the top I get the same error.

    Could you please provide us with screenshots, so that we can see what you are describing?

    It is difficult to know the origin of the error because I installed the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to check conflicts between Theme or Plugins and when I deactivate everything, the error continues in the pages section, it even broke some woocommerce products that appear with error when opening them.

    Moving forward, it is best to create a staging site, accessible from the Internet, and keep only WooCommerce active, along with a default theme, like TT3.

    Should the issue persists, kindly share the site’s System Status Report (SSR), and error logs, here.

    Hello, thanks for replying.

    Checking the Exclusive Addons Elementor forum I realized that it is a plugin error that they already solved with an update, I need to delete the posts and products that were duplicated with the plugin because otherwise the error will continue to appear.
