Problem with WP 4.3, when submitting form

After updating to 4.3, I get this error upon submitting a quiz:

wordpress ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

I’m on version 0.6 of the plugin.

I realize this is a somewhat unclear bug report.
