Problem with WPML

    Hi, we have a shop in German and Italian with WPML Plugin. In German we display all correctly with the shortcode [wpclv] but nothing is displayed in Italian. Does anyone have any ideas why? Thanks very much.

    Hi falconss,

    Please try the following steps, maybe they can help:

    • Open the single product page and connect the translated product pages to their original products.
    • Open the Linked Variations in the target language and add the translated items to the translated page of the linked variations again.

    These works for some special product types such as smart bundles/grouped/composite, maybe you can try it with the Linked Variations.

    Hi Janilyn, many thanis. now it is displayed but I have a problem with the translation via wpml of the titel of the variations this part is not translated into Italian. I have already contacted WPML support (they did various tests directly on our staging site) but nothing has told me to contact plugin support directly. Could you tell me how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
