Good evening, on a site that has been updated to WordPress 6.7, the Complianz plugin creates a problem for me that causes the 403 error to arise on the site. It’s the plugin’s fault because by deactivating it the site becomes visible again. Is there any update planned? Thank you

    Hello @arianna13 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear this. We are currently working on a fix for the newest WordPress 6.7, as they have changed the way translations are loaded. We are now working on a fix to resolve this issue.

However, the 403 error should not be occurring. Can you please send the log? Thanks in advance.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

By activating the plugin, this happens on the site.

Is it a folder and file permissions problem?

    Thanks

    Hello @arianna13 ,

Yes, it’s a folder permission issue. Please make sure that the Complianz plugin folders are accessible and that no security/firewall plugins are preventing accessibility.

Both using Complianz and 6.7.1. Resolved until further notice.
