• Hello,

I hope you can help. I have tried all solutions as per http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/email-does-not-send but not having any luck.

I have tried using other email address (hotmail, gmail, my own self hosted email on my own server – unlimitedwebhosting) and they all work.

However, my clients email is a 123 hosted email (webmail I believe) and will not receive any form submissions (I have two forms on the site, neither work). I am not getting any error message, as far as I can see the form is being submitted – just not received

The website is hosted on my server (unlimitedwebhosting) and not a 123 reg server. Not sure if this would cause the problem. I hope you can help me.

    Website url is http://janmitchellproperties.co.uk/

    Thanks

    Carl

  • Hi Carl have you been in contact with 123 hosted support? Did you check the server log files?

@mrcarllister, I filled out the form but did not receive a copy — can you forward my submission to me? I’ll inspect it for problems.

@postman SMTP I have forwarded the email submission to the email you provided.

    Thanks!

@mrcarllister, I got it but I need the entire message, including the raw email headers.

Hi Carl, the email was fine. I don’t see any problems at all on your end. Weird that 123 won’t accept it but Hotmail will. Hotmail can be really finicky. The only thing I can think of is 123 is using some kind of strict blacklist and your IP is on it. I would take it up with them directly. Send them the same email you sent me.

You could add an SPF record to the domain and see if 123 accepts it then?

As noted by Hotmail, you have none:

    Authentication-Results: hotmail.com; spf=none (sender IP is 149.255.60.86) smtp.mailfrom=*******@janmitchellproperties.co.uk; dkim=none

OK @postman SMTP thanks for your help. I’ll take it up with them.

    Thanks again for your help!
