    Hi there,

I understand how frustrating this issue can be, especially with a client waiting on delivery. Let’s go through the steps to resolve the Jetpack error and the mobile login problem:

    1. Why This Happens

    The error message
    “jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601]”
usually means Jetpack can’t connect properly to your site. This often happens when your server is not configured to allow multiple PHP processes at the same time, which Jetpack requires to function correctly.

    2. What to Do

    • Contact Your Hosting Provider:
Ask them to set the following configuration in your hosting environment:
      PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN=2
(or higher, if possible). After this, request that they restart the PHP (FastCGI) service.
    • Reconnect Jetpack:
Once your host confirms the change, disconnect and reconnect Jetpack.
Official steps: How to reconnect or reinstall Jetpack

    3. Check XML-RPC Functionality

Jetpack relies on XML-RPC to communicate with your site.
    To check if it’s working:

    4. Clear Your Mobile Browser Cache

After making these changes, clear the cache in your mobile browser or try accessing your site in an incognito/private window.
See: How to clear your browser cache

    5. Additional Troubleshooting

    • Make sure Jetpack and WordPress are up to date.
    • Temporarily disable other plugins to check for conflicts.
    • Review Jetpack’s Known Issues for possible plugin or theme conflicts.

Let us know how it goes—we’re here to help you get this resolved!
