    ho un problema con il mio sito praticamente tutto è impostato correttamente ma quando il cliente prova a fare un ordine non dà il metodo di spedizione impostato con il vostro plugin potete controllare grazie ho già contattati l hosting e tutto è corretto

    To provide assistance, we need more information about your store configuration. What do your shipping zones look like? What shipping methods do you have in these zones? How are these methods configured? Please include screenshots.

    buongiornoho un ecommerce che vende prodotti fisici da 2 settimane ho un problema con il plugin flexible shipping: ho impostato un metodo di spedizione in base al peso tenendo conto delle fasce di peso dello spedizioniere lo chiamato Tnt e ha sempre funzionato.da 2 settimane quando il cliente prova a pagare il sito non riconosce il metodo di spedizione dicendo che non ci sono metodi di spedizione ho già contatto l hosting che mi ha detto che tutto è impostato correttamente potete controllare e dirmi come posso risolvere il problemaThe page I need help with: https://osteriardenga.com/pagamento

    Ho una solo zona di spedizione :Italia e 2 metodi di spedizione ritiro in sede e TNT ( flexible shipping con le fasce di peso ) quest ultima non va o meglio non è visibile in pagina di checkout come vi ho già mandato in precedenza
