    Buenas tardes,
Presento un problema con mi woocomerce, este no muestra ninguna entrada que haga en la página de tienda, ya he intentado de todo, borré los files del plugin y todo y nada funciona, volví a instalarlo y este tampoco funciona, no se ve nada.
Soy nueva y no sé qué deba hacer, gracias.

En la página de inicio se puede ver una sección que sí dirige a las categorías de producto y no dirigen a nada, así hayan productos en la categoría.

    Hi there 👋

Thanks for reaching out to us! I will be replying in English, but I’m happy to translate your messages. You can use Google Translate to translate my message: https://translate.google.com

It sounds like your WooCommerce pages (like the shop/store page) are not configured and being rendered properly.

Let’s recreate these pages to check that this is not causing the issue. To do this, please follow the steps below:

    1. Create a new page.
    2. Add/Paste the specific WooCommerce shortcode for the page. (I’ve also added a list of shortcodes at the bottom of this reply).
    3. Publish.
    4. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and from there, select the newly created page.
    5. Finally, click on Save and check the page you have created.

Here is a list of all the shortcodes available:

Cart – Contains [woocommerce_cart] shortcode and shows the cart contents
Checkout – Contains [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode and shows information such as shipping and payment options
My Account – Contains [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode and shows each customer information related to their account, orders, etc.

I’ve checked the page https://calypso-safety.com/tienda/ and it is returning a 404 error. It seems that you have deleted it or changed the permalink of it.

Could you please provide a link to the page that is having the issue so that I can what could be happening?

    Thanks in advance! 🙂

Muchas gracias. Ya está directamente relacionada con WooCommerce.

Upon checking your site, I can see some errors on the console log. Normally, this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

    1. First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
    2. Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Muchas gracias. Era Woolentor quien causaba el problema, lo presenta a todos los temas que he intentado usar. ¿Hay manera de hacer uso del plugin y que este no cause el problema?

Great! I’m glad to know that you could find the conflict.

As this issue is directly related to the WooLentor plugin, then you will need to contact the WooLentor support team so that they can help you with this issue. Here is the link to their support forum:

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woolentor-addons/

Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

    I hope this helps. 🙂
