Probleme UPS-Woo commerce

Bonjour,
Je suis novice en e-commerce et j’ai créé ce site www.altitudecafe.fr avec une boutique en ligne.
Les tarifs UPS me posent beaucoup de problème avec woocommerce.
Eux disent ne pas pouvoir m’aider.
J’ai créé un compte UPS avec le Dashboard.
J’ai toutes ses extensions sinon ça ne fonctionne pas normalement…

Et malgré tout, le franco de port ne fonctionne pas alors qu’il est en réglages, les tarifs ne sont pas les négociés, et les étiquettes d’envois ne se génèrent pas !
