problemi con google merchant e sub-account

    Salve il mio problema non riguarda il funzionamento diretto del plugin ma il fatto che volevo eliminare dei sub-account creati in qualche modo sul mio account principale di merchant ma non sono riuscita e l’assistenza di merchant mi ha così risposto:

    “A quanto pare, il tuo account Merchant Center è collegato a un servizio store builder di terze parti come fornitore per la gestione dei prodotti. 

    A causa della natura dell’integrazione tra il fornitore di servizi e Google Merchant Center, tutte le modifiche che portano a una risoluzione devono essere eseguite tramite la piattaforma di gestione dei prodotti, perciò Google non può fornire un’assistenza completa. I nostri agenti non hanno la possibilità di guidarti in questa procedura per fornirti una soluzione, perciò ti consigliamo di contattare direttamente lo store builder di terze parti…”

    credo che lo store builder di terze parti sia questo plugin Google for WooCommerce.

    Come posso risolvere? ho l’account di ads sospeso per elusione dei sistemi e sto cercando di eliminare ogni possibile causa del problema e questi sub-account potrebbero esserlo, grazie

    Thanks for reaching out.

    my problem is not with the plugin working directly but with the fact that I wanted to delete some sub-accounts somehow created on my main merchant account
    I think the third-party store builder is this Google for WooCommerce plugin. How can I solve it?

    To confirm, did your GMC and Google Ad account created through Google for WooCommerce plugin while setting up the process?

    no, erano già esistenti, ma ricordo di aver avuto problemi inizialmente ad agganciare l’account di Merchant e forse lì si sono creati questi sub account. Poi, però, ho collegato l’account giusto, quello principale.

    Purtroppo ho fatto la configurazione parecchio tempo fa e non ricordo bene i passaggi fatti…
