Problem – failed to open stream: No such file or directory

OK I am not the best at this stuff…and it has been doing my head in.

I’ve downloaded wordpress, and I then did all the required stuff in the config page and then tried to upload it using dreamweaver 8. But then once I try it on the browser i get this ….
