Good morning, I installed the Wc on my site, so I saw it will meet exactly what I need.

I followed the setup steps, and read the documentation to get the result I need. However I am having difficulties accessing the page where I will register the sellers.

As far as documentation goes, it has the email and password field by default, and the setup process is simple. But these fields are not being displayed in my case, and when I try to access the registration page I receive message saying that the registration has been disabled. Can you guide me?

Hi @joberto, thanks for reaching WCMp Support!!

It seems like you have disabled the “Anyone can Register” option. So, just enable this option via Wp-admin >> Settings >> General >> Membership and enable that option.

After this vendor can access the dashboard.

I am doing the other configurations and doing tests. I went through the documentation in the product section and did not find anything about linking the products I already have created in woocommerce to the sellers being inserted into the site. It’s possible?

Hi @joberto, in order to link vendors to a product you can go to the product’s page and under the “vendor” tab you can select the name of the vendor.This document might help you further on the flow: https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-uploading-products-for-wcmp/

Good afternoon, thank you for the feedback. I tried to, but when I go to the product page, and the seller option, does not display any of the registered sellers, I click the checkbox and it is blank.

Can you help me?

Good afternoon, I’m trying to set up delivery classes and freight calculations.

When I define in one of the mail methods the delivery classes of each vendor it displays error. If I do not configure the Sedes and Pac methods directly, it displays the Pac-only calculation.

Can I enable Sedex and Pac, and some other carrier?

Good morning, thank you for the feedback.

I will send the images, in the picture I have the delivery methods, I am using the WooCommerce Post Office plugin.

From what I saw, using the marketplace, several delivery classes are created, I register a vendor, and automatically a delivery class is created.

What I’m doing is trying to put the delivery class into one of the delivery methods, this follows in image 2.
