• I have WordPress version 6.5.2 and Woocommerce version 8.7.0 installed. In addition, for contacts, I have Contact Form 7 version 5.9.3 installed.
    When I enable the Contact Form 7 plugin I can’t enter new products because the screen is left blank and not accessible to data entry.
    If I disable Contact Form 7 I can now re-enter a new product.
    Query, what could be the problem?

  • My suspicion would be a memory limit issue. Do you know how to check error logs on your server?

    If not, try adding a plugin like WP Debugging. It will enable a new item in the WP Admin Bar for you to look at the WP Debug Log.

    Once you have that plugin or a similar plugin enabled, enable Contact Form 7 again and try to add a product and get the blank screen.

    Then go back to the item in the admin bar that lets you view the Debug Log and see if you have some sort of fatal error displaying there.

    I already installed WP debugging, enabled Contact Form 7 and the error was repeated. I clicked on Debug quick look and it shows number of errors: 0

    I have installed exactly your configuration and cannot reproduce the problem. It is possible for me to enter new products.

    I therefore suspect a connection with other plugins you are using or your theme. Deactivate all plugins as a test and change the theme to a standard theme. Does it work then? Then one of the deactivated things was to blame.

    You are right. the problem was the theme OceanWp. I change it by Astra and now all work right.
