Problems adding new widgets

I’m trying to use Widget Options as a replacement for our 100+ widgets in Display Widgets and am also moving to a new Genesis environment. I don’t know if it’s because of a conflict but when I try to add a new widget, it doesn’t display properly when I move it to the widget area (primary sidebar mainly) and I can’t select which pages to display it on. If I save it and leave the widgets page, it moves to the inactive widgets area. If I go back to the widgets page, I can move it from the inactive area back to the primary sidebar and then I’m able to see the parts where I can select which pages to display it on and save it properly. Once it’s saved properly, then it works fine on the site.

I’d really like to get this working because I think the product features are excellent. I haven’t tried the migration tool yet but it could save us a lot of error-prone, time-consuming work. If I do decide to stick with your product, I would upgrade to the Premium version. Thanks for your help.
