Problems adding subscribers

Just updated sendpress and tried to add subscribers to a new list manually by adding them to the list in the admin console. When adding a subscriber to a list, the subscriber is created in the DB but they are not connected to any list. Instead you get a list of all subscribers in the DB.

I can edit the subscriber and mark the list as active and then they are added but it’s very time consuming to do this that way.

My system data is:

WordPress Version: 4.2.3
SendPress Version: 1.2.7.29
PHP Version: 5.6.11
PHP Memory Limit: 256 MByte
PHP Memory Used: 36.07 MByte
MySQL Version: 5.5.44

Hope you can see why this does not work as it used to and can correct this soon.
