I’m using the Pro version and have developed a site on a test domain where WordPress File Upload Pro was working beautifully.
Over the weekend I have moved the whole site to the live domain on a different webhosting server.
Problems I’m experiencing with WordPress File Upload Pro is that the drag and drop has stopped working (select button is working) and I’m no longer able to open the settings page in the admin dashboard. I get Server could not complete your request. (The page it is trying to open is: http://www.mydomain.co.uk/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wordpress_file_upload) I am able to open settings for other plugins.

Any clues to how to solve this?

    Hi,

No point in giving you url as all the relevant pages are password protected.
I have a feeling it may be a max memory problem. The hosting company are being less than helpful. So have decided they are losing my business and I’m moving to another hosting company.
I’ll mark this as resolved for now and if I still have any problems after moving it again I’ll come back to you.
