An error message appeared after the update:

Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.2.5”. You are running 5.6.40-29+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1. in …../www/wp-content/plugins/authorizer/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 25

Aloha, version 3 added new OAuth2 libraries which are currently requiring a PHP version higher than yours. We are working to see if we can make those dependencies work on PHP version 5.6.

In the meantime, you can downgrade Authorizer to version 2.10.0 by selecting it in the dropdown menu here and choosing download:

I should also mention that you really should make an effort to upgrade your PHP version 5.6 hasn’t been supported in years, and has active security vulnerabilities:

Ubuntu 16.04 reached end-of-life last year as well:

Aloha, version 3.0.6 is now out which should work on older php versions.
