We have tried to consider all the test cases before updating the plugin.
All the popups have been converted in the new version of our plugin, and the id numbers in the list have been updated as well.
According to the logic, there shouldn’t have been any problem with the popups after the update conversion.
Even if the shortcodes have been changed, we did have considered their conversion in the coding to make them work as they did before the update.
Of course, there may be test cases that we haven’t considered, and your case may be one of them.
Could you, please, provide more details about your case so we can consider and solve it for our other users as well?

All of my popups disappeared as well. Not sure how to recover them. Any suggestions?

I guess there was an issue connected to the mapping of the old popup data to the new one. But your old popup data is still there (since we don’t delete any data) and we can help you to restore it.
