Problems after update

This is a great plugin that has been working for months without any issues, but after updating the plugin I noticed that most pages now say that there are no related posts. I have manually updated some of the pages (without actually making any content updates), which resolves the problem, but I have hundreds of pages that need fixing. Is there a way to fix this without opening and updating every page one by one, which will take days?
