Problems after upgrading to WP 2.1

Hello!

I just upgraded to version 2.1, from 2.06 (I think). You can see the result at http://www.hell-man.se

After my upgrade of the blog, my linkcategories in the left part of the blogg, does not work any longer.

All I’ve got is an error message:

“WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ” at line 1]
SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM”

What is this? Have I done anything wrong in the update process? Or is it something with my theme (wich I after BIG trouble and a LOT of work have modified – it would be a disaster if I have to do all this again)? It seems like a huge problem with the whole system if not all theme can survive an new version of the program.
