Problems Auth Google Drive

    I followed the directions to allow google drive but when I go to the authentication with google it says that “My Email addy” wants to access not “Updraft”. Then I get, “This App Isn’t Verified”.

    I deleted and started from scratch twice and I keep getting the same result.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    When creating the Google Project, please ensure that you are creating a brand new project, not editing an existing one. Google will default to the last edited project.

    What are you calling your Google Project?

    Please could you also follow the instructions in the note at the bottom of our setup guide:

    This should resolve the ‘This App isn’t verified’ issue.

    @dnutbourne Step 5 no longer works. There is no such a way to join the group.

    Hi @agb58,

    Thank you for the notice. I will update the guide.

    It now appears that Google Drive gives a warning at the time of authentication, similar to a browser ‘This site is unsafe’ warning. The option to continue is available in the ‘advanced’ link on the left
