Problems Creating a product

    Hi,

    Wonder why will creating a New Product, when selecting “Custom Product Attribute (with both checks on”, or on inserting “Variations” takes a lot of time, doesn’t work…. And I have to give up!

    Other question is when I do it, sometimes I can, lucky day, I have a bilingual Site, using Polylang Plugin. In the original English page I created I should go only to the other language flag and just make the translations but…. I notice that it changed te Product data to a single product and even removed the SKU!!! It don’t allow me to renovate this data or create new attributes. Any guesses?

    Sorry some bad English, I’m Portuguese.

    By the way, I can’t put a link of the page because it’s in maintenance. Sorry.

    Hi @sigla,

    Sorry for the trouble that you’ve run into with variations. If working with variations takes a long time or it fails, that can indicate that the server is running out of resources like memory. You could ask your web host to increase the amount of memory available to your site and see if that helps.

    Another option would be to split the variable products up into smaller products. Having fewer variations per product can speed things up.
