Problems customizing site

    Everytime I try and make a small change to the theme, the rest of the theme seems to default back to the example install data, including the slide images. when I do try to make any changes and press ‘save’ it comes up with an error saying it is having issues saving the content.
    I have had to spend ages trying to re-customize the site.

    Hi,

    Did you install the reduxframework plugin as recommended?
    Are you using the Appearance -> Theme Options?

    yes I have the redux framework installed. It was working fine for weeks and then decided to reset itself when i made a few changes via Appearance -> Theme Options.
