• Hi

I’m having trouble embedding either the shortcode or the PHP script specifically in the header.

    As seen here:
    http://oi61.tinypic.com/2lbjibr.jpg
    sellmyapp.com

See the shortcode outlined on the upper right side of the attached image. When I insert the PHP code it shows nothing.

Important to note – I’m using Classipress Theme and inserting the code in the header settings. I’ve used scripts before in the same location and it worked.

The other shortcodes are working in other places, like in our homepage on the right sidebar Sponsors area.

    Thanks for a great plugin

    Hi,

You should use PHP to insert code into your template files.

That’s covered in the video “Display a group of ads above a post’s content using the PHP function” here: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ads-by-datafeedrcom/other_notes/

Apparently the classipress advertising section only like HTML or Java script, NOT php or shortcodes. So i added a new custom section to the php file on line 74 and then just turned off the advertising in the classipress. It seems to work fine now
