Problems exporting excel/csv

    Hey there, i have some awkward issues while exporting products to CSV/Excel to update them

    here the php error log:

    Hi malinose,

    That’s a strange error. Is that the full error that is displayed?

    Also, are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    I’m also having a problem exporting… I just updated the plugin to the latest version when I tried. It seemed like it was working, but then displayed a blank page and didn’t export.

    Hi Jay,

    Could you try downgrading to the previous version and exporting to see if it works then? If not, could you send us an error log?
