    Hi

I wonder if you could help me as I think I must be doing something wrong. I am using Twitter Widget Pro at http://tommclaughlan.net/contact/ but have a few issues:

    – Can I get more space between the date element and showintents (at the moment they roll into each other) and also for it to read ‘Reply Retweet Favourite’ instead of ‘ReplyRetweetFavourite’?
    – Some tweets don’t show the full URL (they get cut off) and when that happens the hyperlink is lost. You can see an example here pic.twitter.com/DP3SSm48, especially the last two tweets.
    – Quite often the number of tweets shown varies but it is rarely the number I’ve requested.

    FYI – the shortcode I’m using is: [twitter-widget username=”daruma” title=”Recent tweets:” errmsg=”Sorry but Twitter has the hiccups” hidereplies=”true” targetBlank=”true” dateFormat=”d F Y” items=”5″ hidefrom=”true” showintents=”true” showfollow=”false”]

    Many thanks indeed!

    tom

The first two can be done with CSS. There are classes in the markup that you can use to style the content.

The last one is really Twitter’s fault. When you request a certain number of tweets they don’t always give you that number. Any suspended or deleted content is removed after the count and retweets are included in the count regardless of if you ask for them or not.
