    Heya, Wordfence team!

First of all, thank you for this great plugin!

    Question:

I have all my plugins set to update automatically, yet I still get the “Problems found” E-Mail from the Wordfence Plugin that informs me that for the plugin X there’s an update available.

Is there a way for you to check if an update is pending (or simply ignore notifying if automatic updates are enabled) and then don’t send that notification E-Mail? I believe the automatic update job is set to ~2 days.

Or am I missing a setting?

    Best wishes,

    Beat

    Hi Beat,

    Thank you for reaching out!

This area is currently an active development request. We’re always happy to look into the feasibility of changing or adding features based on customer feedback, so I’ve linked this topic to the team for further discussion internally. Unfortunately, I can’t provide progress reports or potential release schedules here on the forums.

In the meantime, you may benefit from setting your scan alerts to High or Critical to avoid being notified of available plugin updates. This can be set in Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences > Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater:. You can see a full explanation of each alert level here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/dashboard/alerts/

Thank you again for the feedback, and please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

    Thanks,
    Margaret
