Problems getting image to display

I have used this plugin before with succes and like its simplicity but now i cant
get i to show the images in the post that get publist on a specific page.
I use [ic_add_posts category=’slug’] to get text and image displayed from the wordpress
app. The image only display when you click the category and they show in the post but not when they are submitted .I have used it before on sites and they are still running but cant get it to work on some new site.
