Problems getting MP3 Player to load on WP 5.1

    I’m on WordPress 5.1. I have installed and activated the MP3 Player plugin by Sonaar, but when I try to insert it in a page, I get an error saying “Failed to load Plugin URL……” and it lists a long URL for the player. Also, no icon appears in the classic editor (or the block editor) so I can add the player to my web page.

    I’ve tried turning off all my other plugins and leaving only Classic plus the MP3 player active, and I still get the same error. The same error also came up after I uninstalled and then reinstalled the MP3 Player.

    There’s nothing on the Sonaar website about this problem.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Do you have the same problem when you switch to a default WordPress theme?

    I am heavily invested in the WordPress theme I’m currently using (Wayfarer), and I need an MP3 player that works and shows play counts.

    I tried with Twenty Nineteen in a Live Preview and the playlist url page entry content area is empty.
