Hi, It’s not clear..what do you mean? The todo and appointments have to be associated to an exixsting customer. These actions are notified to a user or group of users. If you ( as administrator) want to see all the todos and appointments notified to other agents/users/groups, be sure to check the “Show all notifications to administrators” in the plugin settings page https://dev.softrade.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=smartcrm_settings I’ve tested it in the last release and have no troubles..let me know
I have created 3 clients, in settings I have activated -> Show notifications for all agents / users to site Administrators.
But when creating an appointment or quotation does not appear.
Ok I’ll tell you, exactly what it fails,
When I put wordpress in English it works. To put it in German not and I have the plugin translated into German.

Got it..thanks for your check. Found the bug, we’ll release the fix in few time.
Apart from the error, you can translate the strings using wpml or codestyling localization (http://www.code-styling.de/english/development/wordpress-plugin-codestyling-localization-en ) old but good..or any other po/mo translation tool since the plugin is fully translatable.
Just in case..if you do it we’d appreciate the german translated strings, we can offer you a free version of our future addons in exchange
