    @earlsnappy,

    Have you followed the installation instructions, in particular steps 7 and 8.

    Subscribe2 needs a WordPress page that contains the form in order to be able to process confirmations of subscription and unsubscription requests. Once you have this page written you need to tell Subscribe2 which page to use or it will use the first page it can find.
