    Hello, I have created a calculator and in the backend everything works fine but when pasting the shortcut in the front the page that contains it does not load.

    In the forum there are more users with the same problem, please your help, thank you very much

    Thank you for reaching out!

    There are several reasons why the calculator may not load on the front end. The most common of these are flaws in formulas and using Total fields incorrectly.

    While using total fields their sequential number is important! For example, total_field_id_6 will not show total_field_id_7 and higher.

    Try to import demo calculators first then, paste them on the page. If default calculators will load correctly, please, review your calculator formulas in order to resolve the issue.

    Furthermore, you can send screenshots of the console, in order to clarify the root of the issue.
