problems loading Elementor

It sounds like there may be an environmental conflict. In our development environment, everything is working perfectly, (Video) so this issue may be specific to your site setup.

To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

1. Clear all caches, including your browser cache and any caching plugins you’re using.
2. From Elementor > Tools, click Regenerate CSS & Data.
3. Switch Theme: Change your theme to a default one like Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor. Check if the issue is resolved.
4. Plugin Conflict Test: Deactivate all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit. If the issue resolves, activate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
5. Make sure your server configuration meets the recommended values:
   • PHP Time Limit: 300
   • PHP Memory Limit: 512M
     (You can check this under Tools > Site Health > Info > Server tab.)

If the issue persists, please try deactivating specific ElementsKit widgets or modules from Dashboard > ElementsKit > Modules and Widgets to narrow down which component may be conflicting.
