Problems logging into my site

Hi

I’m having problems logging into my site. I have a small members area using S2 member and I was contact by one of my members who said she couldn’t login,since trying her details I too have been unable to login.

After trying the panel on the front of my site it fails and I’m then sent to the WP login, this too fails and I them have to enter my username and password again the answer a maths question. This fails and round I go again, I’ve tried Forgot Password etc but nothing work.
