Problems migration LOCAL to HOSTING

    I create a wordpress in local and i like to upgrade it to hosting. All installation are right but when i go to Admin Panel and do login, it said me YOU DON’T HAVE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS THIS.
    I use last version of duplicator in WP 5.2.2.
    Can you help me??? thanks a lot
