There is the GDE viewer with a PDF file. In IE8 the height is 1/8 on the normal height. In Chrome the GDE works ONLY if you (the user) have a Public Google account (incredible but true!). I don’t know what about Firefox, Opera or other browsers a user can use to navigate…

I don’t have IE8 access to test this, but if you could send me a snip of the HTML source on the page in question, I may still be able to provide a fix for the issue.
On the page where the document is loading incorrectly, view the source and search for “gde” in it. You should find an <iframe...> tag. If you could copy that to me here, I can see if there’s a specific problem with the way it’s being written.
If the document is private you can email the iframe tag contents to me at the email address at the top of gviewer.php in the plugin folder.
